General Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

cd33 gene offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. To withdraw winnings from this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (wagering requirement) — meaning a total of ৳30,000 in bets is required for a ৳2,000 bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and related winnings being cancelled.
• Each promotion has its own wagering requirement, validity period and game restrictions.
• cd33 gene reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as multiple accounts or systematic arbitrage betting — the bonus and winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

cd33 gene's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week. Example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳140 cashback at a rate of 0.7%.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet is considered valid only when the system has successfully registered it and issued a confirmation number. cd33 gene is not responsible for any bet that was not registered due to a technical issue.

6.2 Changes to Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Where a specific in-play or cash-out option is available, a bet may be changed under those specific conditions.

6.3 Determining Results

The results of all sporting events will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant authority (ICC, BPL, FIFA, etc.). In the event of a dispute, cd33 gene's decision is final.

6.4 Software Errors

cd33 gene may void any winnings resulting from a technical error, incorrect game result or display issue. Affected users will be notified before such a decision is taken.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cd33 gene, and any one of them may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Participating in or assisting with match fixing or score manipulation
• Account hacking, phishing or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Placing bets or playing using bots or automated software
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party
• Opening an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the bonus system

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by cd33 gene

cd33 gene may suspend an account at any time without prior notice due to a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity or a lack of verification information. During suspension, withdrawal and betting facilities will be unavailable.

8.2 Closure by the User

Users may close their own account by contacting the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Once any pending bets are settled before closure, remaining funds will be returned.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. The user will be notified by email in advance.
